The Service collects the following information: - Account information: Name, email address, profile image (via Google/Apple account integration) - Physical information: Gender, date of birth, height, weight, body fat percentage, activity level - Workout records: Exercises, sets, reps, weight - Meal records: Meal content, calories, nutrient information - AI chat history: Conversations with the AI trainer - Usage data: App usage patterns, screen transitions, feature usage frequency (Firebase Analytics) - Device information: OS version, device type, language settings
3. Purpose of Use
We use the collected information for the following purposes: - Providing and improving the Service - Delivering personalized advice through the AI trainer - Responding to user support inquiries - Analyzing and improving service usage - Sending important notices and update information
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not provide users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases: - With the user's consent - When required by law - When necessary to protect life, body, or property - When providing to service providers (Google Cloud, Firebase, etc.) to the extent necessary for service delivery
5. Data Handling in AI Services
The AI trainer feature sends users' workout, meal, and physical information to Google Gemini (Vertex AI) to generate personalized advice. Transmitted data is encrypted and is not used for AI model training.
6. Data Storage and Security
User data is stored on servers with appropriate security measures. All communications are encrypted using SSL/TLS. However, we cannot guarantee complete security for communications over the Internet.
7. User Rights
Users have the right to request disclosure, correction, and deletion of their personal information. Deleting an account will delete all associated data. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
8. Policy Changes
This Policy may be changed as necessary. In the event of significant changes, users will be notified through the Service.
