Terms of Service
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for using Gym Diary (hereinafter "the Service"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Account Registration)
Users register an account using their Google account or Apple ID. Users are responsible for keeping their registration information accurate and up to date. Users are responsible for managing their own accounts and may not lend or transfer them to third parties.
Article 3 (Service Description)
The Service provides workout tracking, meal tracking, body weight tracking, and AI trainer advice functionality. AI trainer responses are based on general fitness information and do not constitute medical advice. If you have health concerns, please consult a physician.
Article 4 (Fees and Billing)
The Service offers a free plan and a paid plan (Premium). Paid plan pricing is displayed within the app or on the website. Billing is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store in-app purchases, and each store's terms of service apply. Subscriptions renew automatically. To cancel, please use the settings in the respective store.
Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)
Users must not engage in the following activities: (1) Acts that violate laws or public order (2) Acts that infringe on the rights of other users or third parties (3) Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service (4) Unauthorized access or reverse engineering (5) Registering false information (6) Using the Service for commercial purposes (unless authorized by us)
Article 6 (Service Changes and Suspension)
We may change, add to, or partially or fully suspend the Service without prior notice to users. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service. Information provided by the AI trainer is for reference only, and we do not guarantee its accuracy. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)
We handle users' personal information appropriately in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy.
Article 9 (Changes to Terms)
We may change these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms become effective when posted on the Service. If users continue to use the Service after changes are made, they are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
